<eric_G> We may have an issue with Nextcloud back-up.
I have created a Nextcloud back-up in the webadmin and I got this error: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/nowofikebi
there is also another error reported in the forum.

Delete the file `/usr/share/yunohost/helpers.v2.1.d/.backup.swp`
[10:32:45]
<orhtej2> And find out where it came from
[10:32:45]
<orhtej2> Ah, vi tmp trash
[10:32:45]
<orhtej2> Did you kill `vi` or have one open detached/in screen?

<el-rapha> Hi everyone,
it is my first post on this tchat. I am here because I want to fix Guacamole app on Debian 12. I've forked the yunohost repo into my Gitea (sellf hosted of course) and now it works. I mean that installation run fine and install guacamole 1.5.5 with a standalone tomcat9. So the installation works. I don't know how to test the update. I have a fresh install of debian 11 with Yunohost installed. Do I need to publish my changes on the official repo of the app before? With the risk to break the update.
We can speak french if you prefer.
Thank you for your help.

I'd say it's a great stop to PR your changes on the main repo where someone could help review it!
You can test the upgrade by adding it the tests.toml file
[12:34:46]
<el-rapha> PR means pull request? I am not familiar in contributing to opensource projects.
[12:46:36]
<el-rapha> When you said "a great stop" you mean it is time to share my changes?
[12:57:25]
<Yunohost Git/Infra notifications> Autoupdater just ran, here are the results:
- 61 pending update PRs
- 4 new apps PRs
- 8 failed apps updates: flood, gogs, gokapi, mitra, photoprism, shields, stremio, synapse-admin

<el-rapha> Current installation is broken. May be I can start to repair the version 1.5.4-ynh2 before to push my changes for bookworm
[13:54:56]
<el-rapha> So I did the pull request to fix the version 1.5.4-ynh2 in bullseye version.
[13:56:24]
<el-rapha> I am working on the pull request for bullseye compliancy now
[14:26:13]
<el-rapha> Pull request for compliancy with Debian 12 is opened.
[14:28:15]
<el-rapha> I hope my PR are well made...
[14:39:05]
<el-rapha> Question fromm a noob: my pull request is about merging my changes into the testing branch, but how merge my changes to master?
[14:41:27]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> the process is to merge into testing, and then merge testing into master (though in quite a lot of cases it's a bit redundant because we don't have several "sub-PRs" in testing and only the PR that just got merged ... but for other apps (typically Nextcloud) there's typically several changes in parallel)
[14:42:00]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> it also allows people to install the testing branch while it's still pending because sometimes we're not 100% confindent with the changes so the testing->master PR stays open for a while
[14:42:34]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i realize I'm actually the one who opened the latest testing->master back in May ogod @_@ https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/guacamole_ynh/pull/43
[15:30:42]
<el-rapha> Arggggggg `useradd --home-dir` debian command do not create directory !!!!!!
[15:40:08]
<el-rapha> this ugly thing works ...
`ynh_system_user_create --username="$app-guacd" --groups="$app" --home_dir="/home/$app-guacd **--create-home** "`

discourse has a long running upgrade branch, the autoupdater branch will stay invalid for now
