1. `nft flush table myapp` i.e. remove the specific rules from RAM without interrupting nftables
1. `systemctl reload nftables` or `nft -f /etc/nftables.conf` i.e. reload the whole conf without interrupting nftables
1. `systemctl restart nftables` i.e. stop nftables and start + load conf
