I was thinking about having $extra_plugins that gets all the locations that are not in a $core_plugins list and use
ynh_setup_source --dest_dir="$install_dir" --full_replace --keep="$extra_plugins"`
Or move the plugins folder before upgrade, then rsync the folder content using --ignore-existing option.
What do you think is more appropriate / safer?
