- `config_panel.toml`: all settings bound to variables in `/var/www/marl/config.js`, with the exception of the setting `archives_paths` which uses bind = "null" and has its custom getter and setter.
- `scripts/config`: getter and setter for the setting `archives_paths`. They read/write setting to/from `/var/www/marl/config.js`.
- `scripts/install`: all settings variables are initialized. This is required for template hydratation by `ynh_config_add`.
- `scripts/upgrade`: all settings are removed (garbage-collecting), but setting variables are initialized with a fallback value. Probably required for template hydratation with `ynh_config_add`.
Questions:
1. settings.yml doesn't play a role anymore I guess.
1. Are settings pre-upgrade actually passed to settings post-upgrade and how if so ?
1. Is `archives_paths` setting actually passed to settings post-upgrade and how if so ?
