So, the dev Trixie CI seems to be running all tests, thank you @orhtej2:circledsquareroot.ovh for pointing me to the fix. I have opted to releasing a new testing version since users were also experiencing that error (thanks @thovi98:matrix.org).
However, still no level summary. I cannot find how it was fixed on the other CI (the `packaging` python lib is installed on both the local venv and globally). Alesk's removal of a debug print that borked the JSON is also included.
