For password manager, i use keepassxc and its kdbx files synced in my NC. so, my every device sync it. So you have few copies in different devices and never lose it. keepassxc is perfect with totp and working in phone, browser etc.
I have joplin in pc and phone. synced in NC via webdev, perfect and never had issues.

FYI, i use NC AIO. Perfect and stable. Tried to move in yunohost version of the NC but it always messed up at least for me.

Do you have to manually sync your KDBX file in Android ? That's what makes me choose VaultWarden when I was comparing

there is an app called keepass2android can sync via webdav, for me my NC is working here too.

a cheap idea is to re-install, but works sometimes. also you can reboot yunohost. also run diagnosis.
