What exactly is the problem you are having?

You certainly can do this. I've been running email for multiple domains for many years with a single IP, in one yunohost installation.

<sa> In my machine1 I have my yunohost with email of my domainone.tld and it works great. It is at 111.111.111.111, with its reverse DNS record configured.
