Reading that it manages Docker containers, I fear that you would need to use each app internal backup and restore system if they have one. If they don't, you are in for quite an adventure, as you will need to manually transfer the app's data and databases to a non-containerized installations.

Lemmy does not ship arm prebuilts iirc
