<Lukas> Hey, just installed NTFY on my YunoHost Homelab set an Admin-Password, but how I can login as admin to my NTFY Instance?
[09:50:19]
<Claus> You have to add a user using the command "./ntfy user -c server.yml add USERNAME". The ntfy-executable resides in /var/www/ntfy.

<danneggiato> Good morning
Is there a way to know if my local connection is being harrassed by ai companies? lol
(I’m using yunohost on a Pi)
[11:17:47]
<Lukas> how to clear DNS Cache in YunoHost?
[11:25:05]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what's your actual issue
[11:27:58]
<Lukas> ah now all domain dns records are fine, so issue is gone :)

[11:31:10]
<Lukas> I restarted "dnsmasq" on my YunoHost
[11:31:24]
<Lukas> after this, the re-check of my dns entries was fine
[12:37:07]
<smusset> Du coup c'est fait j'ai ajouté une PR avec ces permissions
[14:29:17]
<isAAAc> i needed to do this yesterday too,
dns was ko, no more DNS resolution,
was fine after the systemctl restart dnsmasq<something>

<trendless> I've never run into this problem trying to install before.
[17:38:49]
<trendless> hey, anyone successfully installed ynh on a namecheap vps? The install script keeps throwing "'apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change' failed"
[17:40:22]
<trendless> as per this post, I've tried with ipv6 disabled, but it still throws the same error
https://forum.yunohost.org/t/unable-to-install-on-a-new-debian-12-gpg-error/32433/14
[17:42:30]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> >The install script keeps throwing "'apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change' failed"
are there more details about the error before/after
[17:42:38]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what if you manually run `apt update`
[17:47:20]

[17:47:21]
<trendless> Aha. I assume this is a bigger problem with the way the VPS is setup:
[17:48:23]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yeah sounds like your VPS is not "up to date", literally
[17:48:28]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what does `date` returns
[18:30:15]
<trendless> ha, yeah. it's several hours behind. 🤦
[19:25:14]
<ptitnome> I seem to have problem with dns resolving at stage where post install try to download apps.json file. Is there known issue about that ? I'm working with the rpi image on a Pi5 board. Whats tools should I use from terminal/bash to manually configure the nameserver ?

No way?

<Pierrick> Hello, I have setup a yunohost on a Scaleway dedibox. The installation was done through their template. I didn't spend so much time on the administration since the initial setup few months ago.
Now I'm struggling to understand how to connect to the admin UI. I think I don't understand exactly what can be done with the different users. So is there a way to reset the admin password and login?
I already used `yunohost tools rootpw` command but could not connect to the admin UI with the newly set password. Can you help me please? :)
[22:48:07]
<Facundo> hi to all, sorry por my poor english. (if you don't understand me, please say it to me and then i will to use some translate service por good of all.) i have troubles with basic configuration. you guess: DNS. maybe, i messed up everything already, while attempting solve it. my log (i don´t know yet if i should share it here): https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/lelaracezo. i'll publish in a next comment what i did and which are the software and hardware elements of my network.

<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> a day may come where computers will always spit useful error messages
[22:53:06]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> but it is not this day
[22:54:41]
<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> maybe if you try to manually run `yunohost dyndns update` it can spit an useful information regarding what exactly goes wrong 😵💫

<Facundo> i shoud i forget to say that also i added a new free DNS domain (DynDNS), with a more pretty name, but same. i suspect that my problem regarding adding new users issue is user permissions. but regarding DNS, i don't know how to know if my ISP is blocking my YunoHost server (for instance, "connection rejection" or something similar, neither open or closed, when i test each port in canyouseeme.org).
