<lohang> I've been trying to post this question on the forum, but it doesn't allow me to post it saying I must add an application tag. The relevant tag is Metronome. But that doesn't seem to work for some reason. The tag 'metronome' doesn't seem to be in the list, even though it appears when I start composing the entry.
My issue:
I've been trying to upgrade Metronome from 4.0.4~ynh2 to 4.0.5~ynh1. But I continue to get errors and the upgrade aborts as a result. My log is available here https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/izexofuzoz
Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

`sudo mv /var/www/metronome/conf_bkp/conf /var/www/metronome/conf_bkp/conf.bak` and try again I guess

<lohang> Thank you! Let me try and report back
[01:26:59]
<lohang> Thanks very much orhtej2 ! It worked. I was able to upgrade :)

<rainer.szs> Hello, i'm new to yunohost, self-hosting and matrix. How can I send a yunohost log from the diagnosis of the web page?

<orhtej2> > <@rainer.szs:matrix.org> Hello, i'm new to yunohost, self-hosting and matrix. How can I send a yunohost log from the diagnosis of the web page?
Click on 'Share with YunoPaste' on top of the page and share the resulting url
[12:41:43]
<rainer.szs> This is my problem: I followed the official documentation, created a user and a domain that ends in nohost.me. The problem is that even if I enabled port forwarding for all the ports indicated, they're not reachable from outside the network. nginx is acrive.

[ERROR] Port 22 is not reachable from the outside.
- Exposing this port is needed for admin features (service ssh)
- To fix this issue, you most probably need to configure port forwarding on your internet router as described in https://doc.yunohost.org/providers/isp_box_config

Web (web)
=================================
[ERROR] Domain maindomain.tld appears unreachable through HTTP from outside the local network.
- Timed-out while trying to contact your server from the outside. It appears to be unreachable.
1. The most common cause for this issue is that port 80 (and 443) are not correctly forwarded to your server.
2. You should also make sure that the service nginx is running
3. On more complex setups: make sure that no firewall or reverse-proxy is interfering.
=================================
Email (mail)
=================================
[SUCCESS] The SMTP mail server is able to send emails (outgoing port 25 is not blocked).
[ERROR] The SMTP mail server is unreachable from the outside on IPv4. It won't be able to receive emails.
- Could not open a connection on port 25 to your server in IPv4. It appears to be unreachable.
1. The most common cause for this issue is that port 25 is not correctly forwarded to your server.
2. You should also make sure that service postfix is running.
3. On more complex setups: make sure that no firewall or reverse-proxy is interfering.
[ERROR] Reverse DNS is not correctly configured for IPv4. Some emails may fail to get delivered or be flagged as spam.
- Current reverse DNS: (my public ip provided by the isp)
Expected value: maindomain.tld
- You should first try to configure reverse DNS with maindomain.tld in your internet router interface or your hosting provider interface. (Some hosting providers may require you to send them a support ticket for this).
- Some providers won't let you configure your reverse DNS (or their feature might be broken…). If you are experiencing issues because of this, consider the following solutions:
- Some ISP provide the alternative of using a mail server relay though it implies that the relay will be able to spy on your email traffic.
- A privacy-friendly alternative is to use a VPN *with a dedicated public IP* to bypass this kind of limits. See https://doc.yunohost.org/vpn_advantage
- Or it's possible to switch to a different provider
[SUCCESS] The IPs and domains used by this server do not appear to be blocklisted
[SUCCESS] 0 pending emails in the mail queues

<Salamandar> > The problem is that even if I enabled port forwarding for all the ports indicated, they're not reachable from outside the network
then you misconfigured your router :)
[12:45:52]
<Salamandar> you need to try and access your router's ip fyi
[12:46:50]
<rainer.szs> What does this mean?
[13:18:18]
<orhtej2> > <@rainer.szs:matrix.org> What does this mean?
This means when someone tries to connect to your IP the router does not forward traffic for oorts 80 and 443 to your yunohost machine
[13:19:01]
<orhtej2> > <@rainer.szs:matrix.org> What does this mean?
This guide should help you: https://doc.yunohost.org/en/admin/get_started/post_install/port_forwarding
[13:22:24]
<rainer.szs> https://aria.im/_bifrost/v1/media/download/ASPvNXaU7MxfUpLqXcAypPFyLMFnGIUnxigbtO-Jfvkv2XzjbjkCm0QDp25QtlKrNBor8EC2vnHsv6nDnc7IojNCebakYy1AAG1hdHJpeC5vcmcvYWJRbEJkSG9MUG1TU1JlUFRqWmxnc2hB
[13:23:38]
<rainer.szs> I already did this, except for port 22 (it says it's already in use)
[13:33:13]
<Salamandar> hmmm looks fine to me
[13:33:31]
<Salamandar> maybe try to configure a dmz instead (it will redirect all the external ports)
[13:33:59]
<Salamandar> what's "Mappatura indirizzi" ?
[13:34:16]
<rainer.szs> address mapping
[13:34:20]
<Salamandar> hmmm
[13:34:42]
<rainer.szs> i'll try to auto translate the page in english if I need to send a screenshot again, sorry
[13:34:43]
<Salamandar> is it the right local ip ?
[13:35:03]
<Salamandar> oh yeah, firefox has an automatic local translation tool :D
[13:35:05]
<rainer.szs> Yes, it's the local ip of my server machine (another computer in the same network)
[13:35:29]
<Salamandar> not sure what that means. Is it DHCP static IP leasing ?
[13:35:40]
<rainer.szs> wait
[13:38:48]
<rainer.szs> I set a static dhcp configuration for the local ip of the server, and it's currently active
[13:40:16]
<rainer.szs> I can try
[13:49:26]
<rainer.szs> It seems like that by activating DMZ, the client tries to connect to the server but it continues buffering for the administration page. Infact by disabling it again I can connect to yunohost interface via web
[14:55:29]
<rainer.szs> What can I do?
[15:43:30]
<lautre> rainer.szs I think you should explain what you want to do in the forum. I didn't understood what you are trying to do.
Or someone will answers you
