My Yunohost is in a Proxmox VM, so, I only added something on the hypervisor to allow the VM to use the USB webcam

the solazdev_linting branch has everything im working on. It _installs_ and technically serves motioneye, _I_ just got physically stuck, until maybe tomorrow.
