<Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> isAAAc: in case you're around, ci-apps aka harissa aka new-paprika doesn't have `avx` instructions set on the proc and it's driving us crazy because it creates inconsistencies between our ci-apps-dev (on another machine) and ci-apps ... `avx` instructions are required by mongodb which is used by some apps like Wekan and Rocketchat
