* then we need another daemon (a subset of the current yunorunner code) that listens to the !testmes and runs the weekly jobs, with pipeline arguments to tell which app / branch.

One could call it like that, but maybe it's a bit hasty. I made an app with it, this helped to fix a ton of bugs. It's usable as a good starting point, and provides all features I'd like to see in a minimum viable product.
It's not 100% complete anyway, and there are some doubles so it's not yet usable by someone who does not know how a Yunohost app is made
