<Charles P.> if you're able to plug a screen to your server (either physically or through VNC access for some VPS hostings), you would see the SSH fingerprint on it, you could then compare them with those the server sent you when connecting through SSH

There're centralized platforms for this, but I't like to have something like that selfhosted. Does anybody know of an open source project that offers this?
