[00:20:28] <malk> ١فابتتا
[00:20:28] <malk> الووه
[00:20:28] <malk> في عربي موجود
[00:30:20] <danielsmith> hey
[00:30:30] <goldbeardp> Hey
[00:30:35] <danielsmith> im looking to use this primarily via LAN
[00:30:43] <danielsmith> is this the right project for me?
[00:31:03] <danielsmith> i wont rule out accessing it via the internet later, but it's not a priority at all
[00:31:14] <goldbeardp> I definitely think so
[00:31:23] <danielsmith> cool
[00:31:24] <danielsmith> then
[00:31:41] <danielsmith> why does it have this "weird" dns behavior
[00:31:48] <danielsmith> i tried it out in virtualbox
[00:32:06] <danielsmith> (i want to put it on an old pc when i do the "official" install")
[00:32:06] <goldbeardp> Ahaan what's that?
[00:32:33] <goldbeardp> That's what I did too.. yesterday
[00:32:49] <danielsmith> so for example certain apps hog the entire domain
[00:33:00] <danielsmith> and the docs say the workaround is to use a subdomain
[00:33:07] <danielsmith> but i dont know how to do that lol
[00:33:20] <danielsmith> everything else about it seems very slick
[00:34:36] <danielsmith> i also dont get the rationale behind the design decision to make it so hard to use on LAN
[00:35:31] <danielsmith> any thoughts?
[01:29:17] <danielsmith> nvm i think i figured it out using the `mydomain.local` format
[04:45:37] <goldbeardp> Yes .local it is
[14:59:10] <go247> hello everybody... i have a problem with new yunohost installation... everything looks fine but its not possible to install nextcloud... it´s selfhosted on rpi 4 8gb... what is my mistake?https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/ibefuzuvaz
[15:05:30] <go247> now the next problem... i installed rainloop... if i open the app in portal they dont open... i come to the website https://xxxxxxxxx.ynh.fr/yunohost/sso/
[15:11:27] <tituspijean> go247: for rainloop, make sure that your user has permission to access it ,)
[15:12:54] <tituspijean> for Nextcloud, it looks like `/home/yunohost.app/nextcloud/data` already exists, maybe from a previous installation attempt. If it's empty, delete it with `sudo rm -rf /home/yunohost.app/nextcloud` and try again
[15:16:16] <go247> > <@titus:pijean.ovh> go247: for rainloop, make sure that your user has permission to access it ,)

all user have permission
[15:18:15] <tituspijean> go247: BTW rainloop is deprecated, please install SnappyMail instead
[15:38:04] <go247> > <@titus:pijean.ovh> for Nextcloud, it looks like `/home/yunohost.app/nextcloud/data` already exists, maybe from a previous installation attempt. If it's empty, delete it with `sudo rm -rf /home/yunohost.app/nextcloud` and try again

the same problem... https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/seyuqojuyu
[15:49:58] <go247> i have now deinstalled rainloop and installed snappymail... with the first user it works, but for the admin account snappymail works but in the ynhportal in the admin account i don`t can use the mailadresse... it comes a redbanner with "Invalid domain specified admin@xxxxxxxx.ynh.fr"
[15:51:37] <unicis> Hi, is there any possibility to do an upgrade to n8n latest stable version? I tried to do it via 'npm update -g n8n' in the /var/www/n8n folder but no success. thx

[16:45:05] <Lamecarlate> go247 I think you have to choose a domain (dropdown to the right to the dot you highlighted in red).
[16:45:05] <go247> > <@lamecarlate:tedomum.net> go247 I think you have to choose a domain (dropdown to the right to the dot you highlighted in red).

i have do this... only for my secure i make this part white
[17:00:26] <go247> can´t anybody help me?
[20:19:49] <tolot> Hello everyone! I'm struggling to make PiHole work in my local network, the problem seems to be related to the fact that the pihole-FTL.service is active (exited). In fact trying to resolve a domain using my pihole (with nslookup pi-hole.net xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ) returns: ; "communications error to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx#53: connection refused". Restarting the service doesn't seem to solve the problem.
[20:21:08] <tolot> Ps. The PiHole diagnosis section shows the following error for dnsmasq core: no addresses found for interface wlan0

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!
[21:38:36] <nalla22> I would like my Yunohost server to automatically download new videos published on youtube channels for example, is there an application that does this like "4k Video Downloader"?
[21:38:47] <nalla22> Or, is it possible to program the launch of youtube-dl commands with a 24h interval from the yunohost web interface? Or would I have to go through the crontab?
[21:39:03] <danielsmith> > <goldbeardp> Yes .local it is

it stopped working :'(
