[09:31:28] <miro5001> Any good alternatives to joplin in the yunohost catalog with android and desktop apps?

Maybe Outline

Unfortunately it has no mobile app and its desktop app is only for macos. Thanks for the suggestion
[15:14:39] <eric_G> miro5001: Nextcloud Notes, but then no desktop app either
[16:23:22] <miro5001> > <@ericg:matrix.org> miro5001: Nextcloud Notes, but then no desktop app either

Yep, I was using it. The nextcloud client syncs on desktop the "notes" folder where there is bunch of md files. No categories, no organisation, a complete mess.
Thanks Eric
[16:31:29] <eric_G> I am surprised that a simple solution for note taking with server/phone-app/desktop-app is not widely available.

I have a small vm on my desktop that only runs joplin in docker and get a redirect app of my yunohost home server pointing to it. I couldn't find a better solution. It's extremely organised, supports markdown syntax. That's all I need.
[18:54:31] <(⊙_◎)> can someone tell me their permissions on nextcloud for index.php
[18:55:10] <(⊙_◎)> am seeing
`FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: PHP Request Startup: Failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0; Unable to open primary script: /var/www/nextcloud/index.php (Permission denied)"`
[18:57:21] <(⊙_◎)> I set nextcloud:www-data
[19:09:49] <(⊙_◎)> I restored manually a backup of nextcloud and now seems yunohost thinks it's still 27.1.4 but really is 27,1,2
[19:12:03] <(⊙_◎)> oh ok changed in manifest
[23:44:16] <starlord> Hello, all! Can anyone point me in the direction of information on how to check that my Yunohost has the necessary requirements to run a Synapse server for Matrix (and that other apps won't be adversely affected, performance-wise)?
[23:45:33] <@err404:matrix.numericore.com> I have synapse running on my yunohost server, it is running well
[23:46:31] <@err404:matrix.numericore.com> it will depend from many factors like how many user you will have, how many room they will have etc.
[23:47:20] <starlord> Well, if it helps, I don't plan on having more than a dozen or so of each, at the most. I'm interested in figuring out how to check Synapse's requirements against my Yunohost's capabilities to make sure I'm not overloading it and my other apps will continue to function the sam.e
[23:48:14] <@err404:matrix.numericore.com> you can run `top` or `htop` in a terminal, and check for load average, ram and swap
[23:48:31] <starlord> Alright, and then I just have to find the requirements that Synapse will be using and compare, yeah?
[23:48:56] <@err404:matrix.numericore.com> yeah, it is really depend from your users
[23:49:08] <starlord> Ok, but this is a good starting point. Appreciate it!
[23:50:03] <@err404:matrix.numericore.com> I am alone in my server, and I don't have many rooms, so it is not heavy
