[14:36:15] <Salamandar> Have a nice holiday everyone using Yunohost 🥰
[21:14:15] <saebaryo.xyz> Hi team and happy holidays everyone!
Was wondering if anyone tried to install Piped on Yunohost, I tried on a different server and pointed to a subdomain that belongs to a domain where my main Yunohost install lives, so it just redirects me to the main SSO.
Any way to incorporate it to Yunohost or to have that subdomain not handled by my yunohost server so that it points to the right server?
FYI, I installed via Docker. Thanks!

You can likely use redirect_ynh to expose docker container
[21:40:45] <saebaryo.xyz> > You can likely use redirect_ynh to expose docker container

Hello, thanks for your reply! May I ask how to do that please?

[21:44:45] <saebaryo.xyz> Are these settings correct?
[21:56:54] <saebaryo.xyz> Just for info, the Piped I installed was not via NGINX but Caddy for easier Proxy installer. Thank you in advance for help!
[22:06:01] <Mateusz Szymański> depends on which port Piped is listening locally
[22:07:44] <Mateusz Szymański> that's the one? https://piped-docs.kavin.rocks/docs/self-hosting/#docker-compose-caddy-aio-script
then it should redirect to http://127.0.0.1:8080

Hi Mateusz, thanks for the reply! I am using this guide yes. So, how can I use 127.0.0.1 while it is installed on another server in the same subnet of my yunohost server. My yunohost is in 192.168.1.102 and ubuntu server with docker and piped in x.77
[22:15:56] <orhtej2> Likely you need some reverse proxy on machine running docker as well

Idk, try http://192.168.1.77:8080 but I'm not sure if docker containers bind eth0
[22:16:44] <saebaryo.xyz> it already has one with caddy
[22:17:38] <orhtej2> > <@saebaryo.xyz:matrix.org> it already has one with caddy

Idk what that means 😜
[22:18:09] <orhtej2> You're able to reach it somehow from intranet?
[22:20:52] <saebaryo.xyz> I tried the ip address of the serve where dock and piped are installed: http://192.168.1.77:8080/ and without 8080 and nothing
[22:22:38] <saebaryo.xyz> will go to sleep and think about it more tomorrow thanks guys!

assuming it's [this](https://caddyserver.com/docs/quick-starts/reverse-proxy) then you configured it to listen on some port/path, figure out which :)
[22:30:59] <Mateusz Szymański> > <@saebaryo.xyz:matrix.org> Is there a way to have piped ported to Yunohost? I am sure there are some ppl like me who want to use it :) Godo night!

it's on wishlist: https://apps.yunohost.org/wishlist
[22:31:06] <Mateusz Szymański> feel free to give it a go ;)

[22:31:36] <Mateusz Szymański> in the meanwhile you can use https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/invidious_ynh

They were a package, not sure if it still work
[22:35:05] <saebaryo.xyz> Already using Invidious but wanted to try Piped
[22:35:08] <Mateusz Szymański> https://aria.im/_matrix/media/v1/download/matrix.org/XkClLWtWJHFIPbsLmbdxQnNg
[22:35:09] <Mateusz Szymański> nope?
