Salut Salamandar, pour info, les gens de #debian:matrix.debian.social nous ont aidé. POur résoudre notre problème, nous avons dû refaire une install en UEFI. Apparement, le grub en légacy n'arrivait pas toujours à accéder au SSD nvme.
