[00:00:09]
<Folât> Can you also screenshot the 500 error for me?
[00:02:06]
<drsu[m]> same thing happens when I try using the local IP on the server's browser
[00:03:59]
<drsu[m]> and same thing on chrome and firefox
[00:04:03]
<Folât> drsu[m]: Okay. Uhmm... I meant like not using Firefox, but Brave or something. I read on the forum some people had an issue with Firefox.
[00:04:06]
<Folât> Okay
[00:04:30]
<Folât> Can you screenshot the 500 error?
[00:06:02]
<drsu[m]> I pasted it above, did it not come through?
[00:06:55]
<Folât> You gave the diagnosis log and the php log.
[00:07:29]
<Folât> https://aria.im/_matrix/media/v1/download/matrix.org/ChPqmxnIvJALYsfieSDiMZPx
[00:07:44]
<Folât> I mean something like that.
[00:08:15]
<Folât> Is this the exact error?
[00:09:07]
<drsu[m]> Earlier tonight I was able to login to the admin, but everything I clicked on like diagnosis or logs would give me this error. Now it's giving it when I try to log in
[00:09:42]
<Folât> Okay, so it's the error I just showed you?
[00:10:10]
<drsu[m]> Oh weird, I didn't see any pic from you, and you're not seeing the pics from me...
[00:10:33]
<Folât> Then upload your pic and send a link.
[00:10:57]
<Folât> https://snipboard.io/
[00:11:35]
<drsu[m]> https://snipboard.io/EaCyQI.jpg
[00:13:26]
<Folât> drsu[m]: `cat /etc/ssowat/conf.json.persistent` <- What does this say?
[00:14:19]
<drsu[m]> {}
[00:14:39]
<Folât> Looks correct.
[00:15:20]
<Folât> Can you try `sudo systemctl restart nginx` and then try to login again ?
[00:17:05]
<drsu[m]> sorry for the newbie question: do I put that in admin@yunohost:~$ or exit out of yunohost and use that command on the server machine terminal?
[00:17:40]
<Folât> admin@yunohost
[00:19:09]
<Folât> Also do `tail -n 50 -f /var/log/nginx/your.domain.tld*.log` and post the results
[00:19:17]
<Folât> Replace `your.domain.tld` with your domain name
[00:19:34]
<drsu[m]> the your.domain is the local ip?
[00:19:54]
<drsu[m]> okay the actual domain name
[00:20:14]
<drsu[m]> admin@yunohost:~$ tail -n 50 -f /var/log/nginx/drsulak.com.tld*.log
tail: cannot open '/var/log/nginx/drsulak.com.tld*.log' for reading: No such file or directory
tail: no files remaining
[00:25:41]
<drsu[m]> did I do that right?
[00:38:02]
<drsu[m]> figured out my mistake, here's the output https://paste.yunohost.org/ataduyutut.vbs
[00:55:34]
<Folât> Sorry, it's late here. I dozed off.
[00:57:53]
<Folât> Bring the issue to the forum. I've tried everything I could think of.
[00:58:33]
<drsu[m]> > <@folaht[m]:libera.chat> Sorry, it's late here. I dozed off.
No problem, will do, and thanks for your time
[06:25:21]
<roxtii_> smoothoperatorgr[m]: I'll try in the evening. Thanks.

<hugodu69[m]> hi everybody :) I'm looking around to host yunohost, and I checked ecowan (https://www.ecowan.fr/vps-linux) as recommanded on your site (https://yunohost.org/en/providers/server), they propose a preinstalled yunohost version, but on debian 10, not debian 11. what do you suggest, is there an advantage to go for the preinstalled yunohost version ? or should I buy the debian 11 vps and install yunohost as you explain (https://yunohost.org/en/install/hardware:vps_debian) ?
[12:01:45]

hmmmmyeah i dunno, if you are comfortable with running a command over SSH, just buy a Debian 11 VPS I would say
[12:02:36]
<Aleks> Buying a pre-installed Yunohost VPS is mainly trying to address the issue that "In a perfect world, people should never have to run any command over SSH / terminal to be able to own and run their server, even to install it"
[12:06:58]
<hugodu69[m]> I'm comfortable with that i think, and if i'm not I will learn ;)
[12:09:04]
<hugodu69[m]> So if there is no other reason than not having to install in command line, I'll go with debian 11 vps :) thx !

[14:52:39]
<kaulian[m]> ls /etc/mysql/my.cnf

[14:55:39]
<Julian> > <@kaulian[m]:libera.chat> touch /etc/mysql/my.cnf it seems it how i solved the problem to my migration
Thanks, I will try that later. Don't have access to the machine right now.

Unfortunately that didn't work either.

[16:34:12]
<Maranda> Bugging how?
[17:32:12]
<tituspijean> Maranda: mmmh nevermind I guess. When I sent that message I only got hugodu69[m] 's first message and some users going in and out of the room, while on IRC he had a full conversation with aleks.
Now it's synced.
[18:20:23]
<Pyotr Growpotkin> Hey! I have some issues getting the "email to e-reader" function in calibre web to work, ive tried with two different gmails and a disroot email but its just stuck on starting until it fails 5-20 minutes in. (i have opened the ssl / tls ports in yunohost admin)

nvm, seems linode is the problem ;)

<ff> Hej ho. I'm gitea-first-time-"admin". With your incredible yunhost.
Only ONE question: how to achieve a **dark mode**??
[20:32:39]
<ff> toooo easy - an update did it 🙈
[21:21:51]
<titus[m]> adrien86: Bonsoir, quelle est ta question ?
[23:18:03]
<ff> trying to access gitea with ssh I do get this error:
```
# journalctl -f
Authentication refused: bad ownership or modes for directory /home/yunohost.app/gitea/.ssh
```
how can I fix this or is there something I might have missed in configuration?
