[13:13:49] <yunohelper> Hello! It looks like you are asking for help. Make sure to read our guidelines: https://yunohost.org/en/help#how-to-ask-for-help. 💕
[13:17:40] <nicofrand> Si tu veux : https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/qayinalijo
[13:22:35] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> apriori oui

[13:24:54] <nicofrand> https://paste.yunohost.org/cacanaraco.coffeescript
[13:30:01] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[13:35:52] <nicofrand> https://paste.yunohost.org/apijuxolix.rb
[13:36:47] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> et genre si tu fais `yunohost app list` y'a pas `ghost` dans la liste ?
[13:39:05] <nicofrand> hm, si
[13:39:12] <nicofrand> bon, je retente de la désinstaller
[13:46:33] <nicofrand> ok c'est bon
[14:36:03] <knobo> Hi
[14:38:47] <knobo> I can't login in yunohost forum. asking to send a reset-mail doesn't work.
[14:40:04] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what happens when you try
[14:45:13] <knobo> i get no answer on my working mail-Account
[14:51:36] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> was it 22 minutes ago ?
[14:52:14] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i see the "forgot password" action and the mail seem to be accepted by the destination server ...
[14:52:19] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> did you check the spam folder ?
[15:23:48] <LasseGismo> Hi, any nextcloud experts here TD? Had a massive prop during upgrade:

[15:24:52] <yunohelper> Hello! It looks like you are asking for help. Make sure to read our guidelines: https://yunohost.org/en/help#how-to-ask-for-help. 💕
[15:25:28] <LasseGismo> complete log here: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/hoyigudiju
[15:26:57] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> >WARNING - Sorry, Nextcloud has deprecated 32-bit support
[15:28:34] <LasseGismo> and, what's the consequence for me? No more NC on YNH :-(?
[15:30:34] <eric_G> LasseGismo: Nextcloud 25 is still available for 32bit arch on the testing branch. But we need user to test before merging to master!
[15:31:16] <tituspijean> But then yes, that will be the last version compatible with 32bit architecture.
[15:31:54] <tituspijean> Note to self: we should have a tutorial on that for the flood of users who will ask for help in the near future. (there is some traction on the forum already for that)
[15:32:18] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yeah we could add a link to some forum thread in that warning message
[15:32:34] <LasseGismo> and for me on a testing branch - Angetrieben von YunoHost 11.1.2 (testing)
[15:32:51] <LasseGismo> my adopting was to early :-(?
[15:33:09] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> LasseGismo: nah this one is our fault
[15:33:25] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> 11.1 was accidentally released as stable during a few hours
[15:33:44] <LasseGismo> any chance to get my NC back running?
[15:33:54] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> maybe you have something like unattended upgrade that automatically upgrade the server every day, or you upgraded manually your server that day
[15:33:56] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> sorry about that
[15:34:10] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> is your NC broken right now ?
[15:34:18] <LasseGismo> yep :-(
[15:34:39] <LasseGismo> but mysqlcheck tells me DB is OK
[15:35:11] <LasseGismo> broken with internal server error 500
[15:35:28] <eric_G> you can try `sudo yunohost app upgrade nextcloud -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh/tree/testing --force`
[15:36:23] <LasseGismo> WO any harm :-)?
[15:37:32] <LasseGismo> ok will try NOW
[15:38:55] <LasseGismo> backing up...
[15:43:28] <LasseGismo> sill running WO error :-)
[15:43:30] <LasseGismo> still
[16:06:31] <LasseGismo> VERY THANKS - my NC is back again - I love the community here :-)
[16:06:46] <LasseGismo> last bat nor least - should I better go back to the master branch for my YNH instead of testing?
[16:06:49] <LasseGismo> to be on the save side again?
[16:06:50] <hrit> Hi, after last update of yunohost system and gitlab application, gitlab is no longer accessible via browser. Same was a few month ago and was fixed by another update. Did this happen again now?
[16:06:53] <hrit> I get 502 Bad Gateway
[16:07:50] <tituspijean> Can you share the logs of the Gitlab service from your webadmin?
[16:13:15] <LasseGismo> by guys and have a nice day/year
[16:14:56] <tituspijean> 🥳
[16:48:44] <Daniel> 1113, yvanq:
[17:15:52] <Lasse Gismo> back again :-) with metronome service failed to start
[17:17:32] <Lasse Gismo> will the following lines from "/var/log/metronome/metronome.err" tell me that I've to install any XMPP stuff/app to get rid of it?
[17:17:43] <Lasse Gismo> Jan 09 11:39:23 general error No enabled VirtualHost entries found in the config file.
Jan 09 11:39:23 general error At least one active host is required for Metronome to function. Exiting...

[17:20:23] <Lasse Gismo> maybe a little kind of prosody?
[17:24:10] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> Lasse Gismo: sounds like maybe you disabled metronome/xmpp on all domains
[17:24:34] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> not sure to understand your question in fact
[17:24:48] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> >tell me that I've to install any XMPP stuff/app to get rid of it?

???
[17:25:11] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> like do you want to get rid of XMPP ? or do you want to get rid of the errors ?
[17:27:21] <joeldebruijn[m]> Got the same question, can I just turn off Xmpp for every domain even the main one?
[17:28:18] <Lasse Gismo> Hm - didn't any XMPP related things on my YNH, error messages itself mostly unsettle me - get rid of the error is my goal
[17:28:46] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> joeldebruijn[m]: in 11.0 yes, but this only affects the recommended DNS conf and not actual system conf

in 11.1.2 (testing) this now impacts the system conf
[17:29:19] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> Lasse Gismo: then can you just stop the XMPP / metronome service ?
[17:30:10] <Lasse Gismo> don't have to - failed to start :-)
[17:30:50] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yes then dont start it ... or disable it entirely with `systemctl disable metronome --now`
[17:31:38] <Lasse Gismo> ahhh.......expert hints :-), will disable
[17:32:02] <Lasse Gismo> good to simply talk about...
[17:33:05] <Lasse Gismo> done and TX
[17:38:08] <Lasse Gismo> by again :-)
[18:00:36] <wilow04> yop, bonne année , je voudrais savoir comment fonctionne le volip , ?
[18:00:46] <wilow04> avec twinkle
[18:01:10] <wilow04> et yunohost
[18:01:41] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> le volip
[18:01:59] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> 🤔
[18:03:12] <wilow04> yes, with volip.hsnk.ynh.fr ...
[18:12:02] <fch> how to check metronome version on ynh?
[18:13:34] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> `dpkg --list | grep metronome`
[18:18:17] <Tulipmsh> I can not use Yunohost helpers (source /usr/share/yunohost/helpers) as admin user in shell. Many of the helpers need sudo and admin is not a sudoer, I need to change locale of database from latin-1 to utf8mb4 to fix synapse install error. How do I appropriately use the helper commands?
[18:21:16] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> they are not really designed to work in a shell yeah
[18:31:50] <Tulipmsh> What would be the recommended option for modifying my database locale then?
[18:35:28] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> using regular bash
[19:02:11] <usthere> Hi all!
[19:03:38] <usthere> may i ask for a support for samba app?
[19:04:49] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> only if you provide an accurate description of your problem and any relevant log/error message
[19:34:58] <eric_G> some of the request in here are so obscur 😵‍💫
[19:52:44] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> :|
[19:53:31] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> just plug the flux convector on the SNI reverse proxy and compile it with the libcaca flag enabled
[21:32:40] <emo> hi, a few minutes ago there was an update of yunohost api and sso. now the server isnt reaccchable over internet. periodicly ist is, but than for minutes not. local i can reach. its yunohost-core testing
[21:37:39] <emo> diagnosis gives nothing special, how to dubug this?
[21:55:21] <tituspijean> emo: We'd prefer not guessing the versions you upgraded to.
[21:58:56] <emo> sorry, i hope thats ist yunohost-admin:all 11.1.2 11.1.2.1
2023-01-09 20:36:32 upgrade ssowat:all 11.1.2 11.1.2.2
2023-01-09 20:57:32 upgrade ssowat:all 11.1.2.2 11.1.2.3

[22:18:49] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> emo: and what app are you using, do you have nextcloud setup maybe ?
[22:22:03] <emo> flarum cryptpad nextcloud, and they work for seconds, than minutes not and thand reachable for seconds again
[22:37:22] <emo> https://libfo.breukela.de/ this one is public, perhaps that helps
[22:37:55] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> emo: work is ongoing on ssowat yeah
[22:38:23] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> you might be getting banned by fail2ban due to funky authentication stories due to maybe an external nextcloud client
[22:38:34] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i'm releasing a possible fix soon™
[22:45:48] <Tulipmsh11> The admin user was never made a sudoer and doesn't belong to the sudoer group, I have no access to root because Yunohost is configuring SSH. Can I make admin a sudoer without reinstalling Yunohost?
[22:49:29] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> can you explain a bit more the symptoms .. do you mean sudo doesnt work for the admin user ?
[22:50:10] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> can you check that the file `/etc/sudo-ldap.conf` exists ?
[22:51:09] <Tulipmsh11> Yes. Not much more to elaborate on, sudo -i gives me 'admin is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.' /etc/sudo-ldap.conf does not exist. I cannot ln -s /etc/ldap/ldap.conf /etc/sudo-ldap.conf because doing so requires root or sudo. Rebooting the server does not work.
[22:53:18] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> then you should have root password maybe somehow ? In which case you can run just `su`
[22:54:11] <Tulipmsh11> Root password that was set when Debian 11 was installed does not work anymore for root, so su does not work.
[22:54:26] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> the root password should be the admin password chosen during postinstall
[22:55:11] <Tulipmsh11> That was it, thank you very much!!
[22:56:21] <emo> Aleks (he/him/il/lui): yes, stopping fail2ban helps (just a short time), so thats is culpritt
[23:48:56] <emo> Aleks (he/him/il/lui): updateed to ssowat:all 11.1.2.3 11.1.2.4
upgrade yunohost:all 11.1.2 11.1.2.1 than unbanned my ip, but after short time https://paste.yunohost.org/hatovufoqu.vbs
[23:49:56] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> hmmm
[23:50:02] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> that might be just remains from the previous failed login attempt (though this was a bug basically)
[23:50:02] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> but still the failed attempts are in your logs
[23:50:26] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> but first can you confirm that e.g. your nextcloud synchronisation do work ? (from external clients)
[23:51:57] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> note that now your IP is flagged in recidive which is uh not cool
