You should have a look into the testing announcement thread on the forum. Personally the certificates section is missing from my webadmin, so it seems to be a bug. Meanwhile use the CLI.

Two ways as per our documentation:
1. Webadmin: you have a "Install custom app" section under the catalog
2. CLI: `yunohost app install <git_repo_url>`

as for this... that's not possible. YunoHost performs a backup before each upgrade, except if you run in on the CLI with a special flag. Can you make sure your backup is not listed in the webadmin?

I can't do anything in Yunohost's webadmin anymore. The update is frozen.

There ist no error. My version is 25.0.2, no backup sadly. And i cannot downgrade?
