[06:26:56] <cgman7> I am facing this problem when I want to upgrade my Mattermost app? Anyone here to help to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

[11:13:51] <Wyndix> Hey! I was trying to install NextCloud but the process failed for some reason. Here are the logs: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/powelifuza
[12:27:11] <Wyndix> > <@wyndix:envs.net> Hey! I was trying to install NextCloud but the process failed for some reason. Here are the logs: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/powelifuza

Relating to this issue, I ran into another strange occurrence. I can't log in with my account anymore. I can log in into the web interface, but I can't use SSH nor the admin interface
[13:47:45] <fch> My install on a lime2 gets unreachable after days sometimes weeks. No SSH neither webadmin
[13:47:55] <fch> How to debug that?
[14:38:28] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i guess you could look at /var/log/syslog and similar logs and try to see if something specific happens when the issue occurs but it quickly becomes pretty technical
[15:19:18] <fch> I have been installing using the debian image of olimex, bcs with armbian and the image of Yunohost were not working, anyone know if there's a way to make the yunohost image for the lime2 to work?
[15:19:51] <fch> that's how I habe been isntalling: https://cbiot.fr/dokuwiki/homeserver:olinolinux
[15:28:14] <fch> *installation on HDD only, no use of micro sd
[15:54:34] <Wyndix> I don't like to do this but let me repeat my question: I lost my admin account. Now I'm trying to get back on the webadmin but I can only log in on the SEO. How can I turn a normal SEO account into an administrator or add a new admin account? I have full physical access to the server in question.

[16:00:24] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what's a "SEO account" ? x_x
[16:02:21] <Wyndix> https://aria.im/_matrix/media/v1/download/envs.net/d2f4041b66fba879a099900240d619f11fdf664e
[16:03:12] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i guess you meant SSO ...
[16:03:33] <Wyndix> Oh wow I have no idea why I said SEO
[16:03:40] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> so what do you mean by you "lost" our admin account, do you mean you forgot the password, or do you mean something else
[16:04:11] <Wyndix> > <@Alekswag:matrix.org> so what do you mean by you "lost" our admin account, do you mean you forgot the password, or do you mean something else

I believed all accounts you made in the web interface were admin by default. I wanted to change the name of the admin account so I deleted it and made a new one
[16:04:34] <Wyndix> All of this, just to find out that by default, accounts don't have access to the web ui
[16:04:38] <Wyndix> So now I'm trapped
[16:04:43] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> :|
[16:05:03] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> well if you are on the server's local network, you can connect on SSH using `root@localip`
[16:05:23] <Wyndix> > <@Alekswag:matrix.org> well if you are on the server's local network, you can connect on SSH using `root@localip`

What's the root password?
[16:05:35] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> the password you chose during postinstall
[16:05:42] <Wyndix> Cool! Thanks
[16:05:44] <Wyndix> I'll try that
[16:07:01] <Wyndix> Wow, I can't believe I tried this before
[16:07:02] <Wyndix> Thanks!
[16:07:08] <Wyndix> I'll now make a new account
