You have an "arbitrary limitation" warning when installing Ghost mentioning that. Basically Ghost's team says they do not have enough resources to handle several types of databases ; we YunoHost packagers definitely do not ; and Ghost's team deflect the job to the `knex` library.
Right now I do one dirty patch to fix a core feature of Ghost, but IIRC there's already another (related to statistics) that is not working.
You pretty much have nothing to do, despite "support knex" (paraphrasing Ghost)
