Il n'y a pas une option dans Conversation qui permet d'en voir plus sur l'erreur ? Un appui long ou un truc du genre ?

yes, I created the group mail alias with the yunohost user group add-mailalias group@domain.tld then sending an email from an totaly external mail account to group@domain.tld
