I use Nextcloud + Collabora Online (but for now, I have some issues due to server side encryption).
At the beginning, I installed Only Office, but the google plugins included made me uninstall it. I don't know if it's an over-reaction.

and how is it on mobile with excel files, is it an app or a pwa web-app ?
