Je viens d'avoir un gros soucis lors d'une mise à jour avec Nextcloud.
J'ai :
mis à jour de buster à bullseye
fait la migration pour la nouvelle version de yunohost avec la webadmin
- une erreur concernant l'api yunohost qui ne démarre pas : $ sudo yunohost service restart yunohost-api
- démarrage ok
puis mise à jour des applications dont Nextcloud, et la, patatras, la mise à jour ne passe pas et Nextclous est désinstallé. C'est très génant, les utilisateurs ne peuvent plus avoir accès aux données, aux planning...
J'ai tenté un restauration de la sauvegarde, mais erreur aussi, pas de restauration possible.

Alerte levée, il s'agissait un vieux domaine que j'avais effacé de yunohost.
En re-créant le domaine, la restauration de Nextcloud a fonctionné.
Je retente la mise à jour.

I found Seafile way better than Nextcloud for my relatively large amount of data (around 1GB): much faster, efficient and stable (Nextcloud used to crash before finishing the sync). Seafile in my experience does one thing and it does it well. I keep Nextcloud for a few files and for all other functions. I've been told that newer versions of Nextcloud are faster. But it's Seafile that made me fall in love with Yunohost
