[00:04:53] <antonio_michelle[m]> Enjoy profitable forex/cryptocurrency income and earn up to $30,000.00 within 5 days, not only interested people should ask me how
https://t.me/+BQlhudqWXGk1MWY0
[00:44:34] <ynhuser56966> G'day fellas
[00:44:58] <ynhuser56966> could someone please help me install a namecheap origin SSL cert?
[06:17:57] <tituspijean> ynhuser56966: https://yunohost.org/en/administer/tutorials/certificate_custom

Though you should really consider using Let's Encrypt. It's free and automated.
[06:17:59] <c014> Has anyone in here been able to install themes on thelounge? if yes, how? :)
[07:33:37] <phinero> Updated but after some steps got this Error now
https://paste.yunohost.org/zisajunalu.sql
[07:45:54] <tituspijean> phinero remove the existing alias before restoring the backup
[07:45:55] <tituspijean> c014 it's best to explain what you tried so far, share any tutorial you are using, and read on https://yunohost.org/en/help#how-to-ask-for-help 😉
[07:45:55] <phinero> > <@titus:pijean.ovh> phinero remove the existing alias before restoring the backup

Yunohost is clean installed
[07:46:08] <c014> Would be easier if the package was properly documented
[07:55:04] <tituspijean> > <@phinero:matrix.org> Yunohost is clean installed

whaaaaat 😱
[07:55:06] <tituspijean> can you check `sudo yunohost user list --fields mail-alias`
[07:55:07] <tituspijean> > <@c014:libera.chat> Would be easier if the package was properly documented

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[07:55:07] <phinero> > <@titus:pijean.ovh> whaaaaat 😱

I re-installed the server (Debian, Yunohost), uploaded my backup to the server and can't restore it now.
`yunohost user list --fields mail-alias
Error: YunoHost is not correctly installed. Please run 'yunohost tools postinstall'`
[07:55:10] <c014> Stop being passive aggressive please, it's a simple question, someone has probably installed themes and know how to do it easy.. it's not like there's an error or anything.. just a straigtforward way to do it since the official way doesn't work
[07:57:28] <phinero> https://aria.im/_matrix/media/v1/download/matrix.org/sxTHSPoHEYQjdWAzrknZZhOP

I'm sorry but... do you prefer to:
1. throw a bottle in the sea, hoping that a The Lounge user might be online when you sent your message, and might have successfully installed a theme, and might be willing to help you out
2. have the due diligence to share what you have found so far, what errors you are facing, so that someone not using TheLounge but who is fluent enough in YunoHost packages *might* infer what to do to help you?
[08:14:36] <eric_G> I will ensure that providing a tutorial on how to add a theme for TheLoung be a top priority 😄
[09:32:43] <thatoo> Bonjour
[09:34:52] <thatoo> Quand dans Diagnostic, il est écrit :

> Certains domaines vont expirer prochainement !

(whois fffff.fr | grep "Expiry Date"
)
[11:48:19] <Fenix> Merci, merci, merci eric_G
[11:48:58] <Fenix> On va essaier de les avoir tous les 2 en fonctionnement !
[13:22:27] <alexis> Hi
[14:31:40] <Guillaume Bouzige> hello alexis

[15:42:21] <Guillaume Bouzige> how can anyone respond if you don't ask your question ?!?
[15:42:41] <Guillaume Bouzige> I don't understand...
[15:44:31] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> #notakeonlythrow
[15:55:12] <Guillaume Bouzige> #hemustbejoking
[16:00:28] <tituspijean> Nah...

[16:01:35] <Guillaume Bouzige> or the question must be so big that it require all the time to be told
[16:20:34] <hueso> hello
[16:21:18] <hueso> nobody answers to my question
[16:21:41] <hueso> because I haven't asked any

[17:50:35] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> :|
[17:52:16] <phinero> > <@Alekswag:matrix.org> :|

Hope I'm one step away from the goal 😀
[17:52:59] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i'm actually suprised you manage to stay polite ;P
[18:02:31] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> (11.1.6.2 is on its way)
[18:09:34] <phinero> I understand what a hard work is develop this kind of project ✌️👍️😀
[19:42:18] <tane> tituspijean: So, I went to do a 404 page like you mentioned a couple of days ago ( In v11.1 we will be introducing a /etc/nginx/conf.d/yunohost_http_errors.conf.inc file for displaying a nice page for 502 errors (basically explaining that the admin should check that the app's service is running). You could expand that file to include a global custom 404 page.) It still redirects to the sso login though (eg; tane.harre.nz/hkhgjh ---> sso login page).

I copied the block from yunohost_http_errors.conf.inc for the 502 error and pasted it underneath then changed the 502's to 404's. Copied the 502.html in /usr/share/yunohost/html/
to 404.html and edited the html to suit. Tested the nginx config (/usr/sbin/nginx -t) and all was fine and then reloaded nginx (/usr/sbin/nginx -s reload) which was fine. Checked if it worked, nope. Entered the webadmin and checked the nginx service and then restarted it. Still no 404. Where did I go wrong? (Birth is an option but not helpful :)).
[19:47:17] <alodiaalonzo@gmail.com>
Easy Domain
[19:47:50] <tane> Looks like I didn't go wrong. It works on two other sites I have where the base domain is not harre.nz....browser cache?
[19:49:49] <tane> Nope, subdomain of the main still redirects but lescharmettes.eu/jgkjhg gives the 404 page.
[21:06:08] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> could it be that the conf for that domain doesn't include the errors.conf.inc snippet because it was modified manually and therefore not updated by the regenconf ?
[21:22:55] <evon> Is it possible to manage yunohost services via command line?
[21:23:31] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yes it is
[21:24:04] <evon> Aleks (he/him/il/lui) Thanks. Just realized I can use systemctl
[21:39:44] <phinero> Aleks (he/him/il/lui): The backup was restored. If yuo're interested in:
https://paste.yunohost.org/adayupotoy.swift
The hottes point for me is **Configuration updated for 'dnsmasq'** (Line 50)
After this operation got the same error for nginx.service and many warnings and errors for next operations because it couldn't connect to the Internet.
From this point I think the only way is clean install Yuno and apps but what should I do with my old domain? Should I clean it somehow from the base?
[21:40:28] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> it would help if you could avoid pinging me every time you send a messag ... this triggers like twenty audible pings between my different browsers / machines ...
[21:41:26] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> (like, the "reply" feature of matrix also triggers a ping etc)
[21:42:37] <phinero> > <@Alekswag:matrix.org> it would help if you could avoid pinging me every time you send a messag ... this triggers like twenty audible pings between my different browsers / machines ...

Oh, I'm very sorry! I didn't know it (
[21:42:52] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yup, like this, this triggers a shitload of pings too ;P
[21:43:24] <phinero> 😪
[21:43:48] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> hm unfortunately Element has no fine notification setting
[21:44:12] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> would be nice to have like "notify only if you didnt look at the channel in the last X minutes" or idk
[21:44:12] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> anyway
[21:44:51] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> yeah so idk why the hell the dns conf gets broken
[21:45:05] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> did it work out of the box at some point ?
[21:45:33] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> i mean from what i understand you were able to install a bunch of apps on your server so the setup was somehow working etc
[21:46:35] <phinero> I don't like Element but NeoChat is even worse )
[21:47:13] <tane> > <@Alekswag:matrix.org> could it be that the conf for that domain doesn't include the errors.conf.inc snippet because it was modified manually and therefore not updated by the regenconf ?

Good point. I tried to set up browser caching and gzip compression at one point but reverted my changes although i may have left a space which would be enough to trigger that. Ill have a look tomorrow.
[21:47:49] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> `yunohost tools regen-conf nginx --dry-run --with-diff` is your friend
[21:48:09] <tane> Sorry for the ping 😉
[22:02:56] <evon> OK trying this again. I get a connection refused error when trying to update my dyndns 'yunohost dydns update --force'. Here's the debug https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/isoragibax
[22:08:35] <Aleks (he/him/il/lui)> what's the story behind that domain, is this the absolute very first time you're registering it, did you somehow reinstall / moved your server or something
[22:12:29] <phinero> > i mean from what i understand you were able to install a bunch of apps on your server so the setup was somehow working etc

The backup/restore procedure works perfectly after your fixes. My problem is my backup with the brocken DNS inside. As I see, it can't restore a backup without Inet connection properly (download depences etc.). So I can access my Webadmin but can't open Domains, Users, Backup. Can't open Apps page, apps don't start. So I'll start a clean installation everything tomorrow. I got good experience ))

[22:36:07] <evon> Alekswag It's my absolute first time using the domain. I had yunohost before but I had to reinstall it.
